Another
cause of
your sickness, and the most important: you have forgotten what you are.
Boetius.
Our life is an
apprenticeship to the truth that around every circle
another can be drawn; that there is no end in nature, but every end is
a beginning, and under every deep a lower deep opens. Ralph Waldo

We
have what we seek. It is there all the time, and if we give
it time it
will make itself known to us.

Up and Coming Groups and Events:
Under The Tree
How well do you know yourself? How do you know you need a change and
how do you
go about making changes? In this workshop we will experiment
with different ways of knowing where your are, where you want to be
next and what each of us finds most effective in getting us there. An
evening of play and discovery, in search of your very
own ‘tree’ of
change.
Body Talk - The Language of Looking After Yourself.
Most of us, at some point or other, experience stress, fatigue, lack of
motivation and of breathing space. Maybe these are recurrent feelings
and you don’t understand why,
maybe you are in a carer’s role and it
all gets too much sometimes. This workshop will
encourage you to
recognise the ways in which your body tells you what you need.
A light
hearted, friendly space to let the body talk.
Transforming Grief.
The Wheel of Goodbyes:
Freeing the unfinished Endings, melting the
frozen Grief
A
12-week group journey to help you explore the goodbyes you have said,
you would
have liked to say but did not make, you never said and keep
returning for resolution.
For anybody who has ever lost someone,
or something significant, in any way, at any
time in life and feels
that the flow of grief is stuck, or too frightening to be visited, or
that there has just not been a space for it to do what it needs to do.
This group is intended to offer that space.
We
will look at your story, your beliefs, what is hindering resolution,
but we will also
make use of other stories and the group’s wisdom and
support to enhance our understanding and find ways to free our goodbyes.
We
will talk, use drama, artwork, movement, sound or just sharing and
supporting,
as and when it feels appropriate and in tune with the group
and individual members’
pace and needs.
